Final Sale Enforcement

All trading card products and collectible items sold by 3B Collectables are final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Due to the collectible, randomized, and sealed nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened items, buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with pack contents, or changes of mind.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection

We actively monitor orders for suspicious activity including:

Chargeback abuse

False delivery claims

Mail fraud

Return fraud

Item-switching attempts

Unauthorized payment disputes

Excessive refund abuse

Reshipping scams

Address manipulation

Orders flagged for review may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification before shipment.

Shipping Evidence Protection

To protect both parties, we may document:

Shipping labels and tracking

Carrier acceptance scans

Delivery confirmation

Signature confirmation for high-value shipments

This documentation may be used to dispute fraudulent claims with payment processors, shipping carriers, financial institutions, and marketplace platforms.

Chargeback Policy

Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered, properly fulfilled, or clearly disclosed final sale items may be challenged using documented proof of shipment, delivery, communication records, and store policy acceptance.

Customers filing false disputes may be permanently banned from future purchases.

Limitation of Liability

3B Collectables is not responsible for:

Manufacturer print defects

Factory seal imperfections

Product randomness or pull rates

Carrier delays

Lost packages marked delivered

Weather-related delays

Customs delays

Incorrect addresses entered by customers

Legal Compliance

All policies are enforced in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and e-commerce regulations.

Nothing in our policies overrides customer rights required by law in the customer’s state or country.

Right to Refuse Service
